The Pine Lakes subdivision, which stretches from one end to the other of Pine Lakes Parkway, is home to the elegant Pine Lakes Country Club and Arnold Palmer-designed championship golf course. The "W" Section also offers some of Palm Coast’s most beautiful homes, including luxury golf villas and condominiums. One end of Pine Lakes comes out conveniently on the westernmost end of Palm Coast Parkway, less than a mile from the access point to U.S. Route One. The other end terminates at the central portion of Belle Terre Parkway, allowing a quick jump to Interstate-95 and all the amenities surrounding those ramps.
There are not many vacant home sites in Pine Lakes and the houses that have been built there are often large, although all types of single family homes may be found in the "W" Section. Visitors are struck by how well maintainted this neighborhood is, and how friendly the residents are. This is definitely the first place any golf loving families, couples, or individuals should investigate when considering relocation in Palm Coast. Pine Lakes is also home to the elegant Arlington and Hamptons subdivisions.
Pine Lakes is bordered by Indian Trails, Lehigh Woods, and Belle Terre. To get to the "W" Section, choose your closest entry onto Pine Lakes Parkway.
